Telegram is all about privacy and security, and it isn't beholden to larger companies like Facebook. Telegram offers two types of APIs for developers. Both are free of charge. Telegram allows edit, unsend sent messages even for the other people on the same chat. It allows to unsend messages shared with the first 48 hours after sending.

To schedule and send silent messages, users can simply type out their messages, but long tap on the send button instead of simply pressing it.
