While it’s great to set a nice profile and win praise from your friends and loved ones, there are times when you might want to hide your profile from certain people. Fortunately, Telegram offers you the needed control over the visibility of your profile. Launch the Telegram app on your device and navigate to Settings -> Data and Storage. A great way to organize your chats inside a group or channel is by using hashtags. When you use a hashtag in a message, that word becomes searchable allowing you to see all the messages relating to that topic. For example, if the group is discussing the new Avengers movie, everyone can use the Avengers hashtag. If you want to see all the messages in one location, you can just tap on the hashtag and all the messages with that hashtag will come up.

Telegram is a great all-around messenger, especially when you start using its best features and know everything it's capable of. Everyone (default one: Allow everyone to view your profile. In fact, Telegram offers many more features rather than other Messaging apps in the same market. Telegram comes with some customization options absent from many of its competitors where you can choose the dominant app color, how the app opens links, whether or not the UI shows animations, and more. Over the years, Telegram has built up an extensive bot ecosystem that adds even more functionality to the app.
