Hi Ops! We need your quick help.
Many users had reported issues in the spellings of the Districts. We have users from all parts of India, and people from each state should be able to quickly correct the district names, if there are any mistake.
What needs to be done :
1. Go to the sheet below
2. Verify the District Name (Column D) that we currently use
3. Make a Comment on the cell if there is some change required.
4. You can add multiple comments (or conflict) if somebody has already made a comment for correction
Reviewers will resolve the comments and change the district names, end of the day.
Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes of your time. 🙂 Let's get this in a sprint~

Two cases removed from Bihar as per correction made by the Principal Secretary, Health Dept. Bihar on his tweet made earlier today. # of cases in the state is now at 223.

To all the consumers of the API :
Due to the growing size of the raw data, and the fact that regions like DL, MH, TG are not providing patient level information, we have made a change in our data collection process.
Now, raw data is available in three parts :

When a new report/bulletin is released from a state regarding confirmed cases :
1. If patient level information is available (from several states like KA,KL,BH etc.), that is captured.
2. If only districtwise information is available, one row is entered for each district, and "numcases" field mentions the number of cases in that district
3. If only statewise information is available, one row is added for the entire state (DL 👀)
4. Recoveries and Deceased information is also available through raw_data3.json now. Use the "Current Status" field to extract that information.
All other aggergate APIs retain the same behaviour.

WB has provided a detailed bulletin today 👍
- Cases updated are now updated as per WB bulletin as it provides total number of cases.
- Extra cases (difference between what MOHFW reported and what WB bulletin indicated for 03rd May) has been added to 03 May in bulk. This would mean that the graph for WB will show a sudden spike for 03rd May.
- Deaths due to comorbidities added to total deceased.
- Red/Organge/Green zones updated as per WB bulletin.
