'Previously, we had assumed a normalization of refining activity as we approached year-end but now embed a more cautious outlook,' the Paris-based agency said in a report on Tuesday. The IEA currently sees Russian processing rates at just under 5 million barrels a day through June 2026, and a recovery toward 5.4 million barrels a day later, with the outlook to be revised as more information becomes available.

The Russians have increased the intensity of offensive actions aimed at reaching the southern outskirts of the city of Pokrovsk. At the same time, they are actively trying to create an encirclement of the city of Myrnohrad from the east and to establish fire control over the main supply routes leading to Pokrovsk from the north. They continue to create conditions for expanding their bridgehead in the area of the village of Filiya, with the goal of capturing the village and advancing to the outskirts of Novopavlivka
Today, no support for Russian assault units from mechanized equipment was observed; their recent attempts have not yielded good results. However, weather conditions are expected to worsen, and everything still lies ahead in this regard

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced during the “Ramstein” format meeting that Berlin will allocate an additional €2 billion to Ukraine.
According to him, the support package will include air-defense systems, including Patriot interceptors, radar complexes, artillery systems with precision-guided weapons, missiles, and ammunition.
