Anyone can use GPS; China and Russia use GPS in their missiles. The GPS used in Storm Shadow does not fall under ITAR either, it does not use US military GPS hardware

Those claiming were not true. The Storm Shadow missiles Ukraine fires don’t have US parts and don’t require US targeting data
