@IgnoreRonPaul @HernanArber There are countless private chains based on EOSIO that will not be migrating to Antelope. Whether or not it is dead is not material to the fact that EOSIO is still a thing owned by someone else that was not "rebranded" any more than "AMD" rebranded "Intel".

But it is all moot anyway, the upcoming chain codebase by fractally will redefine expectations from a developer perspective. We will find out just how fast this antelope is when it comes to upgrades. friendly competition.

Blockchain is a tool for computers to reach consensus, Fractally is a tool for people.

and you have lost focus when you ignore the off-chain consensus represented by antelope and ENF or even the fact that EOS is utilizing DPOS which is a poor algorithm for measuring the consensus of a group of users.

The problem isnβt voter apathy it is Pareto distribution plus exchanges voting with user tokens amplifying things. DPOS is a good technical solution but bad social solution. Yes, I can critique my past work, it is only way to advance.

> For a public blockchain there is a disconnect between the bps and the community per say because most users are not taking part in voting for bps...when voting participation is weak then the system becomes weak and fails to be more transparent...I think DPOS protocol tends to be better suited for centralized chains like WAX but if voting was a popular thing DPOS would be great for public chains π
