Here's the TRUTH: Healing doesn't happen by accident.

The REAL Problem (Why You Feel Stuck) You can't heal is because...

● You're avoiding the pain instead of facing it.
● You expect others to fix what only YOU can change.
● You keep revisiting the past, hoping for a different ending.

If nothing changes, nothing changes.

The Hard Truth About Healing:-

Healing is NOT:-
         - Waiting for an apology.
         - Pretending it doesn't hurt.
         - Keeping busy to escape
           your thoughts.

Healing is about:-
          - Feeling the pain so it
             can pass.
          - Accepting what you
            can not change.
          - Choosing to move
            forward-even when it's hard

How to ACTUALLY Heal Yourself:

• Step 1: Stop running from your emotions.

• Step 2: Forgive-not for them, but for YOU.

• Step 3: Break the cycle by changing your thoughts.

• Step 4: Focus on the present, not the past. Your future needs you more than your past does.

Let Go of What's Holding You Back:-

■ If it's draining your peace, it's too expensive.

     • Stop overthinking what's out of your control.
     • Stop replaying old conversations in your head
     • Stop attaching your worth to someone who hurt you.

■ The moment you stop looking back, you start moving forward.

     • You don't need closure-you need clarity.
     • You don't need permission to move on.
     • You don't need to be perfect to start healing.
