Types Of Anxiety Disorders
There are a few different types of anxiety disorders, including these:
Generalized Anxiety: With a generalized anxiety disorder, you will feel persistent and excessive worry without reason, often during ordinary events. Usually, your reaction is out of proportion to the circumstance, but you still can’t control your feeling.
Panic Disorder: A panic disorder brings on sudden and intense feelings of fear that lead to a panic attack. You might break out in a sweat, experience chest pain, and have a pounding heartbeat or palpitations. Additionally, you might even feel like you’re choking or having a heart attack.
Social Anxiety: Sometimes referred to as social phobia, social anxiety disorder is when you experience overwhelming self-consciousness and worry about daily social situations. You will constantly think that other people are judging you, and you fear being embarrassed or ridiculed.

Phobias: When you have an intense fear of a specific situation or object, it becomes a phobia. One example is that many people fear flying, but only some refuse to get on an airplane. Those that avoid airplanes due to their fear have a phobia.
Separation Anxiety Disorder: This type of anxiety is common in small children, but they aren’t the only ones that experience it. If you feel scared or anxious when someone leaves, it could be separation anxiety. You might constantly worry that something bad will happen while they are out of your sight.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: OCD is an anxiety disorder characterized by unwanted, recurrent thoughts or repetitive behaviors. Common repetitive behaviors include counting, washing your hands, checking, or cleaning. Those with this disorder repeat the behaviors hoping to get rid of the obsessive thoughts, but it generally has the opposite effect.

Being Shy as A Child: If you were shy as a child, you are more likely to develop an anxiety disorder. In this case, being shy means withdrawing from unfamiliar people and places.
Low Self Esteem: People who have negative perceptions about themselves can develop social anxiety. They often avoid social events out of fear and worry, missing out on many experiences.
Being a Woman: Women are more likely to experience anxiety, but the reason for this is still unclear. Researchers believe it could stem from the fluctuation of hormones.

I've made a ton of mistakes.
If I could go back in time, this is what I'd do differently...
1. Reward toxic people in your life,
With distance.
2. The government won’t save you.
There aren’t enough stimulus checks to dig you out of your bad habits.
3.Take responsibility for your life.
You are the cause and the solution.
4.Learn to drive a stick.
Racecar drivers don’t drive automatic.
Soccer moms drives automatic.
5. Be insanely curious.
“I am neither clever or especially gifted. I am only very, very curious.” Albert Einstein.
6.Always buy anything kids are selling on card tables in their front yards.
Ask them, “What’s the most anyone has bought today?”
“Five? I’ll take ten.”
7. If bad things always seem to happen to you or if the world is out to get you,
It’s most likely you.
8. What you focus on expands.
Happiness.
Sadness.
Opportunity.
Courage.
Pay attention to what you’re focusing on.
9. Be fearless.
Even when you’re not.
10. Elon Musk once said,
"If you give yourself 30 days to clean your home, it will take you 30 days.
But if you give yourself 3 hours, it will take 3 hours.
The same applies to your goals, ambitions, and potential."
You can accomplish WAY more than you think.
11. Take one miracle shot a day.
At the end of a year that’s 365 shots on goal.
Eventually, one of those shots gets in the net.
12. Question everything.
Question your faith.
Question your political views.
Question your motives.
Most of the time we only see what we want to see.
13. Sit with your grandparents and ask about their life.
Get their story.
On video if possible.
Trust me on this.
14. Study the Circadian Rhythm.
I have no idea why this isn’t taught in schools.
15. Once a year, do something that scares the shit out of you,
From now, until forever.
16. Travel. A lot.
Make a list of 10 dream trips.
Pick one.
Put it on the calendar for 3 months out.
Put down a deposit,
Ask to make it non-refundable.
Your brain will figure the rest out.
17. Silence is sometimes the loudest response.
Speak loudly.
18. We live in a world filled with distractions.
Success rewards focus.
19. Taking action changes everything.
“You are what you do, not what you say you’ll do.” -CG Jung
20. In conclusion, I’d like to leave you with this.
👉No regrets.
👉None.

A Friendly Note for the Inner-self
Dear me,
Never underestimate the power of the small decisions you make each moment and everyday. What might have been assumed a small and insignificant thing could sometime be the tip of the iceberg, concealing a great deal under it but showing you only the little glimpse. And what seemed a common reaction to an ordinary situation might totally change your life for good.
Be bold as you make decision. Be wise enough to understand the outcomes of your decision. And most importantly never ever back down from making the right decision for fear of the unknown or for the fear of what others might say. And always put this in mind, don't make same mistakes as your yesterdays. But if you ever do so, make better mistakes that will teach you to be better.
May you have a blessed Monday and and a joyful New Week. May it be a week filled wise decisions set to tip of big changes in your life.

Bet on the person who delivers every single day.

👉 Valuable Lessons from the Power of Now : -
#1 Life is Always Just Present Moments
Instead of a story with a past, present, and future, this book suggests that all life ever is and will ever be is present moments one after another.
So make the most of the present-day rather than stressing about the past or future.
#2 Pain is Resisting Things you Can’t Change
The only pain we experience comes from resisting the things we can’t change. We feel regret or fear about circumstances or experiences in our lives that we can’t change. This pain is unnecessary, and we should stop worrying.
#3 Free Yourself by Observation
The best way to get rid of the pain of anxiety & stress about the past or future is to observe your thoughts without judging them.
Simply being aware of what your mind is focusing on without constantly berating yourself for wasting time.

#4 Full Attention to the Now
No matter where you are and what you’re doing, always strive to provide your full attention to the present moment. This requires accepting whatever is happening, as you can’t resist what is happening to you at the same time as fully experiencing it.
#5 Avoid Complaining
Complaining is an essentially negative behavior that does no good to anyone. It’s also a huge roadblock when it comes to accepting the present moment. You should instead seek to adapt to your circumstances rather than lamenting the bad things in your life.
#6 The Past can Ruin the Future
Focusing only on the past can lead you to negative behaviors that ruins your future. You won’t experience the present to its fullest extent.
Or you make choices to protect your emotional fragility rather than choices that are to your benefit.

#7 You Are Not Your Mind
As a person, you are a being of pure consciousness, love, and joy. You aren’t your brain and all of the fear that comes with the organ within your skull.
Becoming enlightened requires that you first recognise your pure consciousness.
#8 Focus on Positive Things
As you train your mind to focus on the present, you should simultaneously practice focusing on positive things in the present day rather than ruminating on negative things. This will eventually result in a happy feedback loop.
#9 All Spiritual Teachings Are Similar
All spiritual teachings come from the same primary source, which means that there has only ever been one spiritual master that has taken different forms across the centuries. This explains religion and any other types of spirituality.
