A Note for the Inner-self
Dear me,
"If you are looking for leadership you don't have to always look up at the front to find it. Great leadership doesn't start out on the stage. It doesn't start out being as governors, mayors, presidents, CEOs or managers. Great leadership starts out in the back. The truth of the matter is, the great leaders come from the ordinary places. " Bishop T.D. Jakes
May you always be reminded that in what seems as a small job you can do great things, by being more at the background you can be more visible, by doing what many consider as a small insignificant task you can achieve more and by being of service to many you can accomplish great deals. And at all times as Dr. Wayne W. Dyer beautifully puts it die to your ego and live to the greatness with in you and free your soul from being a hostage to your ego and start being a host to God: to humility, kindness and hope.
May you have a gratifying Monday and a week filled with gratifying experiences and humbling encounters!

Positive reinforcement builds good habits.
If the habits you’re practicing are increasing your success, keep doing them. Your success is reaffirming that these habits are good. Your success tells you that you need to keep doing what you are doing. By reviewing the habits that lead you to success, you reinforce them. You give them staying power.
By reviewing your habits, you might find out that some of them are inhibiting your success. You might find out that what you’re doing every day is bad for you. Or you might realize that you’ve stopped practicing some very good habits. Somebody says, “Well, I’ve just gotten out of a bad habit of taking my daily walk around the block.” Well, I guess you’ll just have to get in the habit of being sick later on. Somebody says, “Well, I used to read books all the time; I’ve just gotten out of the habit.” Then change it. Get back your disciplines. If you’ve “just gotten out of the habit,” just get back into the habit. It’s called discipline.

Positive reinforcement creates the energy to fuel additional achievement.
It gives you the drive to do more, to not only keep on doing what’s right, but to do more of what’s right. The knowledge that what you’re doing is paying off creates more energy to keep going.
How easy is it to get up in the morning when you know you’re not doing all that it takes? It’s not very easy at all! You can just lie there, awake, thinking, Oh, what’s a few more minutes in bed. It won’t matter much anyway. Wrong! It does matter. It will matter. How easy is it to get up in the morning when you’re anxious to make progress toward your dreams? It’s a whole different story.

When you’re resting to renew your reserves, it’s much different than resting to avoid your day. When you’re psyched up and excited about life, when you’re excited about what you’ve planned to accomplish for the day, it’s amazing how you’ll wake up long before the alarm clock tries to startle you awake.
Your successes fuel your ambition. Your successes give you extra energy. Your successes pave the way for more successes. It’s the snowball effect. When you achieve one success, you’re excited to meet another… and another… and another. Pretty soon, the disciplines that were so difficult in the beginning—the disciplines that got you going—are now part of your philosophy. And they keep you going.

131. More failures in your life? Keep trying, you are sure to succeed.
- The more you're afraid to fail, the more likely you are to fail.
- Success comes from improvement and improvement comes from failure.
- Someone who fears failures, is surely a failure in life.

A Note for the Inner- Self
Dear Me,
“You cannot help getting older but you don’t have to get old.” George Burns
The best way to keep your soul young all the time is when you take a good care of your MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.
MIND – Always engage yourself in a continuous self development and learning. Read books, make it your everyday habit. Commit to at least read thirty pages a day. Don’t say it is impossible, just do it this way – ten pages in the morning, ten pages during the day and ten more in the evening. Surround yourself with people that inspire you, enlighten you and bring the best out of you.
BODY – Take a good care of your body, your temple. Mind what and how much you eat and drink. Develop a health plan – exercise, jog in the morning, take long walks or do dance as often as you can. And at all times do find a reason to smile, smile from the heart, smile till you cry your eyes out and hurts you at your tummy. A good laughter has the power to burn belly fats that you can’t get rid of even with physical exercise.
SPIRIT – Invest enough time in your everyday to meditate, to pray and to listen to your inner voice. Remember what you expose yourself to in the first twenty minutes when you wake up in the morning have power to shape your emotion of the rest of the day. Listen to inspiring audio books. And if you ever listen to music, please do make sure you listen to music with worthy contents and value and do make sure to avoid negatively tuned ones.
May you have a rewarding Monday and a week filled with gratifying moments and inspiring encounters.

Don’t neglect
Neglect is the major reason people don’t have what they want. If you don’t take care of things in your life, neglect becomes a disease. If you neglect to do good things with your money, you probably neglect to do good things with your time. If you don’t know what’s going on with your health or your bank account, you could be at risk.
Set up new disciplines to change your life. Don’t neglect. Everything is within our reach if we read books, use journals, practice the disciplines and wage a new and vigorous battle against neglect.
Build your philosophy. Commit yourself to a new journey and say, I’m going to change my life. Once you do, you’ll never look back.

Keep a journal
A journal is a gathering place for all of our observations and discoveries about life. It’s our own handwritten transcript that captures our experiences, ideas, desires and conclusions about the people and the events that have touched our lives. The past, when properly documented, is one of the best guides for making good decisions.
The very act of writing about our lives helps us think more objectively about our actions. Writing tends to slow down the flow of information and gives us time to analyze and ponder the experience. The intense scrutiny of journal writing can enable us to make refinements in our philosophy that are truly life-changing.
Jot down what you learn and be a buyer of empty books. It’s the small disciplines that lead to great accomplishments.
