It [FP2] was OK. We expected McLaren to be a step ahead here and we saw that today. They were a strongest in the middle sector where the tyres are overheating, so we know we’ve got a bit of work to do if we want to challenge them. I think we’re in position fighting for the next best behind them in all honesty.

I think it’s going to be close between ourselves, Ferrari and the Red Bulls. It is hard to say with confidence, but we saw both teams performing strongly at different points throughout the day. I definitely feel, unlike the last three races, this won’t be dominated by Qualifying – this weekend is going to be dominated by race pace and by tyre degradation. Of course, you want to have a good Qualifying, but the race is where the action will be.

Started the day with a strong focus on physical conditioning. The gym was where I put in the real work today. Battle ropes, core power drills, and a bit of boxing helped keep my body sharp and my mind locked in. As a footballer, it's not just about match day. It’s about how well you prepare when no one’s watching.
To close the day, I had dinner with a good friend. Good food, good company, and a well earned moment to unwind. Discipline, consistency, and balance. That’s what today was all about!

Why Him?
I selected Ilia Malinin as my athlete swap because his remarkable talent represents the perfect blend of technical innovation and artistic expression. At such a young age, he's revolutionized figure skating with his unprecedented quad Axel mastery while maintaining an impressive performance quality that captivates audiences worldwide.
I think it's been quite a while since I wanted to do a temporary swap as him, though. I've thought of him as one of the selection/choices at my last temporary swap, but I did a spinning wheel and Silas was chosen XD. I'm glad to have taken the participation in #KSport since I'm able to make that wish of mine to come true.
