I’ve been off the grid for some time; no schedule, no whistles, no noise. Just me, the people that matter, and time that finally feels like mine. The season takes a piece of you, every game, every play, so when the world slows down, I take it all in.

I’ve been out in the cold, tearing up slopes like they owed me something. Wind in my face, silence in my head clean. My dog’s been my shadow, chasing me through open spaces, tongue out, tail up, like he knows what peace tastes like too. Nights with the crew, off-script, just living. No cameras, no pressure, just stories, laughter, and a little trash talk that never dies.

It ain’t about hiding, it’s about recharging. Getting sharp, letting the fire simmer β€˜til it’s ready to burn clean again. I’m not resting, I’m reloading. The court will call me back soon enough and when it does, I’ll be colder, calmer, deadlier. But right now? I’m just living like I’ve earned it.

DAY ONE #KSport β€” Chasing The Next Spike πŸ‰πŸ’₯

After years in the league and going through multiple injuries and surgeries, I have learned to adjust my training programs to help give my body what I need for this stage of life. In the offseason, it's about taking care of my body the correct way, working out and eating right. During the season, it's extremely important to make sure I'm getting the treatments I need to recover for the next day, and getting the proper rest and sleep so I can bounce back stronger.

I gravitate towards interval training as I think it relates more to sports and how I want to train. I love moving from one station to the next, taking a short break, and then going hard again. Resistance workouts are also a big part of my routine, they help me to stay loose, keep my body strong, and improve my speed. I do a lot of high reps of bodyweight type workouts too. It's great to have a gym, but if you don't have access to anywhere at the moment, I believe you can just get a full workout in just using your body or whatever's out there in nature for weights. A log, a big rock, whatever you have.

Then after the workout, it's essential for me to take care of my body with massages and proper eating. I wish I would have known more about nutrition earlier in my carrer, but I eat a lot cleaner now. Tons of fruits and vegetables and other foods that reduce inflammation, like turmeric, it really makes a huge difference for me in how I'm feeling and my recovery.

#KSport ++ A Glimpse of the Hustler Routines

As a professional basketball player, my daily training routine is structured and intense, designed to enhance both my physical capabilities and on-court performance. Each day typically begins with a rigorous strength and conditioning session aimed at building endurance, agility, and overall athleticism. This is followed by focused skill development, including shooting drills, ball-handling exercises, and defensive techniques to fine-tune my game. I also dedicate time to film study with coaches to analyze past performances and strategize for upcoming matchups. Recovery is an essential part of my routine, involving proper nutrition, stretching, and rest to ensure my body stays in peak condition throughout the demanding season.

#KSport Last night at the Emirates the atmosphere was primal. The kind of electric charge you only feel in the biggest games. And it was a big one, Real Madrid. Champions League winners. They came to North London expecting a battle, maybe even a victory. They got a footballing masterclass. Three-nil. Clinical, ruthless, and utterly deserved. The tactical awareness, the precision passing, the relentless pressing.. it was all there. We dominated every facet of the game. Their midfield, usually so dominant, was rendered almost invisible. Their defense, usually so impenetrable, was repeatedly breached. It wasn't just a win, it was a statement. A statement that Arsenal are a force to be reckoned with, not just in the Premier League, but on the European stage. But the job’s not done. This is only the first leg. We've set the stage, now we must deliver the performance in our home Emirates against Brentford. Tonight, though, it’s back to the training ground. See you tonight.
