If you dont want to use a chemical made by man, you can always use Eastern white pine oil to brush with as well as to oil pull.

With Super SuraminShiki:
1) Mix 2ml (2 Droppers) of Super SuraminShiki with a Tablespoon of MCT coconut oil and mix in a container.
2) Swish the oil mixture around your mouth gently for 15-20 minutes. Ensure it reaches all parts of your mouth, including in between teeth.
3) After swishing, spit the oil mixture into a trash can, not the sink. Coconut oil can solidify and clog pipes.
4) Rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water. Some people prefer to rinse with salt water for added antimicrobial benefits
5) Brush teeth with a 1/4 dropper of Suraminshiki.

Know your rights or lose your home...

Squatting:
An individual occupies an abandoned, unused, or unoccupied property without the legal permission of the property owner. Japanese Knotweed Treats: Cancer, Lyme Disease, and Arthritis+ in Humans and Animals - Maybe the most common plant in the world.

Daily Dose: Chinese Medicine Suggests: 9-30 grams (9,000-30,000mg) per 150lb Adult of the root daily, taken raw internally or as a decoction or tincture.
