Tip: to easily peel pomegranate, and avoid juice splattering everywhere, peel it in a bowl of water. The pith rises to the top, and the seeds sink to the bottom :)

I usually shop on Saturday and make the meal plans for the week on Sunday, but yesterday was so busy I forgot to! Scrambling to plan now, then will post it 😅
