NEW: Police officers and some Good Samaritans save an infant trapped under a car in east Fort Worth, Texas.
The police officer was seen performing CPR on the toddler after pulling the child out.
31-year-old Tanisha Richardson was arrested and is now facing drunk driving charges.
The driver, a passenger, and the toddler were rushed to the hospital.
"A Fire Department EMS spokesperson said that the injured child is a toddler, who remains hospitalized," Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.
