Following the identification of a connectivity issue on the 2nd of July, we promptly collaborated with our hosting company to resolve the situation. We have successfully rectified the service disruption and have engaged in discussions with the relevant company to implement measures to prevent any future occurrences.
As a gesture of our commitment to providing a reliable and seamless experience, we would like to offer you compensation for the interruption.
