asking good questions is fun. answering good questions is fun. when both people are having fun, the conversation gets very good. we all enjoy being prompted. you can penetrate to someone’s deepest essence by asking attentive questions, by tugging loose threads they reveal to you.

Start small and become the kind of person who shows up every day. Build a new identity.

Then increase the intensity.

I’ve been using a little trick to calm anxiety. Slow down every activity you are doing. If you are typing an email, start typing really slowly, if you are washing your face, do it really slowly.
Our brain gets the signal that everything is fine and there’s no woolly mammoth running after us and you’ll see that you’ll calm down and your heart rate will slow down.

There is a rare breed of people that go all in.
