Following the article on the evacuation of unexploded ordnance in Gaza that I published last night👆, Gaza-based channels affiliated with Hamas report that two Gazan children were injured this morning by the explosion of an unexploded ordnance on Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza City.
The "Gaza Center for Human Rights" claims that there are over 20,000 pieces of unexploded ordnance in the Strip.
The issue will likely receive much more attention in the near future – this is an excellent opportunity to demand that the UNMAS agency of the UN enter Gaza to remove unexploded ordnance and munitions – instead of these falling into the hands of Hamas’s military wing, which will reuse them.
Israel and the US need to apply pressure on this matter – the issue will accompany developments in the Strip for a long period.

President Trump is furious with Canada and unexpectedly halts trade talks with it
President Trump announced this morning the immediate suspension of trade talks with Canada.
The reason: Canada funded an influence campaign in the US against President Trump’s tariff policy—Trump’s “baby.”
According to Trump’s statement, Canada used segments of soundtrack from the popular Republican president Ronald Reagan (the 40th president of the US) as part of an advertisement in which it invested 75 million dollars to oppose President Trump’s imposition of tariffs—which, among other things, were directed against Canada.
Trump claims that the goal of the Canadian “blatant” conduct was to influence US court rulings against his tax policy.
Awkward...

President Trump is escalating his threats towards Venezuela and its president, Nicolás Maduro, over the issue of drugs. Colombia’s place is not absent either.
At a press conference he held last night, President Trump announced, after several attacks by the US military in recent weeks against vessels that departed from Venezuela, that “the mainland is the next target.”
US Southern Command – responsible for the Caribbean region – yesterday released a militant video conveying full readiness to take military action against Venezuela (attached).
President Trump also commented on the issue of drug trafficking in Colombia:
