At night, I watch Filimo or talk to friends online. I always read before going to bed.

حدود نیمه‌شب خوابم برد (از خستگی زیاد یا ناگهانی)
بومی‌ها این عبارت رو به جای I go to sleep استفاده می‌کنند.

● Juyan was so tired that he crashed around midnight without brushing his teeth.
جویان اون‌قدر خسته بود که حدود نیمه‌شب بدون مسواک خوابش برد.

Binge-watch
به جای "watch TV" استفاده می‌شه.
به معنای پشت سر هم و بدون وقفه همه قسمتهای سریالی رو ببینید.

معمولاً برای سریال‌ها یا برنامه‌های طولانی به کار می‌ره. اغلب با پلتفرم‌هایی مثل Netflix, Hulu, Disney همراهه

● I binge-watch a show on Netflix.


● I binge-watched the whole season of "Stranger Things" in one night.
یعنی پشت سر هم بدون توقف، همه قسمت‌ها رو دیده

● She likes to binge-watch romantic comedies on weekends.

● We stayed up late binge-watching a new crime series on Netflix.

آمریکایی‌ها در جواب سؤال
What's your routine?
معمولاً خیلی informal جواب میدن.
مثلاً نمیگن:
I awaken at 7.
بلکه میگن:
I get up around 7.
I check my phone.
I grab some coffee.
I just chill in the evening.
I crash around midnight.
I hit the gym.

تمرین 1: جمله‌سازی آزاد
پنج جمله درباره‌ی کارهایی که هر روز انجام می‌دی بنویس. سعی کن از زمان حال ساده استفاده کنی.

اول خودتون جواب بدید و بعد برای چک کردن، پاسخ نمونه رو نگاه کنید.

صدای خودتون رو ضبط کنید.
۵ جمله‌‌‌ی تمرین اول رو که ساختی با صدای بلند بگو و ضبط کن. بعدش دوباره گوش بده و با مدل Native مقایسه کن.

تمرین 2: مرتب‌سازی جمله‌ها
جمله‌های زیر به هم ریخته‌ان. مرتب‌شون کنید.
usually / I / at 8 / wake up / a.m.
in / lunch / have / I / noon.
Netflix / watch / night / I / at.

اول خودتون جواب بدید و بعد برای چک کردن، پاسخ صحیح رو نگاه کنید.

پاسخ‌ صحیح

کدوم جمله اشتباهه؟ چرا؟ درستش کن.

تمرین 5: نظر شخصی بده!
در یک جمله بگو کدوم قسمت روزت رو بیشتر دوست داری و چرا؟

مثلاً:
