متى نستخدم "not as...as" في اللغة الإنجليزية ؟؟

تُستخدم هذه الصيغة للتعبير عن أن شيئًا ليس بنفس درجة أو مستوى شيء آخر.
- مثال:
- This book is not as interesting as the last one.
هذا الكتاب ليس مثيرًا للاهتمام بنفس درجة الكتاب السابق.

تركيب الجملة: الصيغة العامة هي:
"Subject + verb + not as + adjective/adverb + as + object."
- مثال:
- The weather today is not as hot as yesterday.
الطقس اليوم ليس بنفس درجة الحرارة مثل أمس.

تُستخدم للتعبير عن تساوي درجة أو مستوى الصفات أو الكميات.
- مثال:
- This book is as interesting as the last one.
هذا الكتاب مثير للاهتمام بنفس درجة الكتاب السابق.

تستخدم للمقارنة بين صفات الأشياء أو الأشخاص.
- مثال:

التأكيد على الاختلاف: تؤكد على وجود اختلاف
- مثال:
- The food here is not as good as the food at the other restaurant.
الطعام هنا ليس بنفس جودة الطعام في المطعم الآخر.

يمكن استخدام "less...than" بدلاً من "not as...as" للمقارنة السلبية.
- مثال:
- This book is less interesting than the last one.
هذا الكتاب أقل إثارة للاهتمام من الكتاب السابق.

في بعض الحالات، قد تستخدم تراكيب مختلفة مثل
"not nearly as" أو "far less".
- مثال:

- مثال:

- مثال:
"This car is not as fuel-efficient as the previous model."
