On February 27-28, the kick-off meeting of the project "LESLIE" was held at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.
Project partners from Uzbekistan include the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, Fergana Polytechnic University, TIIAME National Research University, Bukhara State University, Bukhara Institute of Natural Resources Management and International Agricultural University.
The overall objective of the project focuses on designing and producing a set of Micro-credentials and digital educational tools on Sustainable Land Management (SLM). At present, the creation of Micro-credentials suitable for both higher education and business is a new experience even for the universities of the European Union. This fact underlines the innovative aspect of the LESLIE project.
The TV-channel of the Polytechnic University of Valencia prepared a report and interviews dedicated to this meeting, which were also widely boradcasted by the local television channels of Valencia.
