Got some time to upstream DerpFest source and adreno drivers to 744
- Introduce optional haptic feedback everywhere
- Add Custom Carrier Label & Carrier Label Placement
- Add Screen off animations
- Add lockscreen charging info switch
- Fix battery stats not resetting
- Fixup Screenshot sound
- Settings: Re-organize sound settings
- Settings: Add QS tile for refresh rate indicator to dev settings
- ThemePicker: Add UI Styles
- DerpSpace: Add missing summaries to listpreferences
- DerpSpace: Disable settings for gravity and mirroring, when no pulse is enabled

switched back to previous tree which was based on Amir's tree
removed mi cam as there were bunch of issues and i don't want to patch source for the same
Upstreamed QCOM common stuff from AOSPA
switched to Soviet kernel - added mi thermal
