Request: Please pray for courage and patience and humility to not quit my job before the time is right. I hate my career, and have made a plan to get out, but my company's leadership has enraged me today. They're forcing low-level employees to lose pay, to minimize shareholder losses from a cyber-attack.
This is an architecture/engineering firm in upstate New York. We expect and deserve better. Please also pray that our leadership changes their hearts and does what's right for the little guy. It's soul-crushing to work under these circumstances.
