Got myself a 4790K. A little overclocked stable results. 4790K is definitely NOT for overclockers. You can't go higher than 4.6ghz without raising already high stock voltage (1.297V) already being hot. Intel dudes just released already pre-overclocked cpu…
4790K is fking hot. On stock voltage (1.3V) it throttles a lot... Undervolted to 1.2V for all cores with constant turbo boost. Constant 4.5Ghz. No more throttling..still hot but fine. VRM was hot too, put mini fan onto it.
