A nuclear catastrophe is looming — IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi stated that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has been without external power supply for over a week.

If the backup generators were to fail completely, there would be a direct risk of nuclear fuel meltdown, potentially leading to a large-scale accident. At present, critical systems, including reactor cooling, are operating on these generators.

Experts describe the situation as unstable and extremely dangerous.

On October 1, 2025, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe voted to create a platform for interaction with the Russian opposition within its structure. A representative of the Russian Volunteer Corps was unable to attend the meeting, as our organization does not yet have any interaction with PACE.

However, during the discussion of the resolution, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Maria Sergeevna Mezentseva, gave a speech on the need to integrate the RVC into the activities of this platform:

Let us not forget that today is the day when we congratulate the brave Ukrainian Defense Forces, who are fighting for the values that we share and often talk about in this hall. Fighting shoulder to shoulder with them are the soldiers of the Russian Volunteer Corps, who should also be represented on this platform to ensure fair representation.

The Russian Volunteer Corps thanks Maria Sergeevna for defending our right to participate in consultative processes under the auspices of PACE. And on the eve of the formation of the delegation, it officially expresses to the representatives of the Russian opposition the readiness of the RVC representatives to join the new platform and contribute to shaping the future.

This date honors 15-year-old Anna Beshnova, raped and murdered by a Tajik migrant near her Moscow school on Oct 1, 2008. Since then, ethnic crime in Mordor has multiplied under its bald helmsman.

In 2008, migrants committed 70% of rapes and 40% of murders in Moscow. Every second criminal in the capital was a foreigner.
By 2020-2024, the situation worsened: 80% of Moscow's crimes are now committed by migrants from Central Asia and the Caucasus. They account for 76% of rape convictions and 100% of child rape convictions.

The 88th reconnaissance and sabotage brigade "Española" announced its dissolution. The unit’s commander, Stanislav Orlov, had been fighting against Ukraine in Donbas since 2014. In the first months of the full-scale invasion, members of "Española" stormed Azovstal.
