This is the result of a orc "rescue" of a civilian on the road near Rodinske, Pokrovsk district.
They'd never show this in their propaganda channels. The first photos show the man was still alive, but the orcs gave him no chance.

Consequences of a Shahed attack on Kyiv:
Dnipro district — As a result of another enemy strike, a residential building was hit. A fire broke out on the 6th floor of a 16-story building. 10 people were rescued and evacuated to safety. Unfortunately, the bodies of two victims were later found. The fire has been extinguished.
Darnytsia district — A drone strike caused a fire in a 17-story building, from the 11th to the 16th floors. The fire was contained. 15 people were rescued, including 2 children.
Elsewhere in the district, a two-story non-residential building caught fire — it has also been contained.
Desnianskyi district — Preliminary reports indicate damage to the facade of a 10-story building. A car burned in the yard and a gas pipe was damaged. The fire was extinguished, and 20 people were rescued.
Pechersk district — A drone reportedly hit the 21st floor of a 25-story residential building. A minor fire was extinguished before rescue units arrived.
