Geoalert became a partner of Open Data Challenge which is taking place in #Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 27-29 January 2023. (https://datahack.uz/en.html)
This event is organised by IT PARK Uzbekistan, OSCE, and Virtual Group to develop a professional IT and data community, competencies, and realize the social and economic potential of state and municipal open data.

We will provide the participants with the open mapping datasets generated by #Mapflow AI as well as with mentorship guidance regarding the leverage of Geospatial imagery, basemaps and GIS and AI tools for the various types of applications.

Организаторами мероприятия выступают IT-парк, OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) и ИТ компания Virtual Group.
Цели мероприятия, которое пройдет в офлайн формате в течение 72 часов:

We started a new repository containing the links to the geospatial datasets for Uzbekistan to support the participants of #OpenDataHack. #kontur population, #Geoalert Buildling footprints, #Geoalert construction detections - Tashkent, #MS Building footprints and more. We've also set up a special promocode for participants to top up their balance in #Mapflow – in case they will have to generate more data and analyse other territories.

Next update of #Forest detection model is coming. More precise vegetation boundaries and more detailed objects. Some bugs in the previous model were fixed. Stay tuned for the update. 🌲🌲🌲
