📘 В последние годы в Казахстане участились иски региональных департаментов по управлению земельными ресурсами (далее — #ДУЗР) и органов прокуратуры, направленные на отмену постановлений акиматов, признание недействительными договоров купли-продажи или аренды земельных участков, а также аннулирование связанных с ними правоустанавливающих документов. Такие действия контрольных и надзорных органов часто обосновываются необходимостью восстановления законности и возврата земель в государственную собственность. Суды в большинстве случаев удовлетворяют подобные иски, что нередко сопровождается публичными сообщениями о возврате значительных площадей земель, включая сельскохозяйственные угодья.
