Now, a subject requires a 70% approval rate, meaning at least 5 out of 7 committee members must approve

2️⃣ Criteria for Unacceptable RFPs

Criteria that deem an RFP as spam:
▪️ Irrelevant content
▪️ Low-quality submissions
▪️ Repeated submissions
▪️ Malicious intent
▪️ Egoistic deeds or self-promotion
