But just because you’re strong and resilient doesn’t mean you never need someone to be there for you, to take care of you.

I hate realizing that this is it. this is life. I only get one chance and I’m spending it crying over food, hurting myself and unable to get out of bed some days.

Allow yourself to shine without the desire to be seen.

teaching myself how to be vocal about my feelings instead of choosing silence.

Don’t ever put your happiness in someone else’s hands. They’ll drop it. They’ll drop it everytime.

Sometimes you never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory that you wish you could experience again.

I’m not the strongest, prettiest, wisest or anything. But, I’m the best at one thing; at being me. No one can do it better.
