The program will begin with the class on International Economics, taught by professor Kemal Kıvanç Aköz. Profesor Aköz got his PhD from New York University. His research covers various topics such as advertising, crowdfunding, conflict, corruption, elections, and political collective action. Desislava Dikova is the Professor in International Business and Scientific Director WU CEE Competence Center and the Head of Competence Center for Emerging Markets and Central Eastern Europe, Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Desislava Dikova's research is focused on the international behavior of multinational companies, she examines their foreign market entry mode choices and the subsequent performance of foreign subsidiaries in the CEE region.
Her course "Global Strategic Management A", taught at the Vienna University of Economics and Business https://www.wu.ac.at/iib/iib/team/faculty/dikova, has been identified as the best global strategy course among all 33 business school members of the CEMS alliance.

Friday is becoming a «meet your faculty» day and today we introduce to you Prof. Natalia Milovantseva - Associate Professor and Member of the HSE Academic Council. Prof. Milovantseva got her PhD in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and has a broad working experience in Switzerland, Belgium and Ireland. Her publications cover topics of Global Educational Policies, Demographic & Social Analysis and Global Environment.
At our program Prof. Milovantseva will teach a class on Digital Transformation and New Business Models.
