The workshop will consist of two parts, each lasting an hour. The first part will be led by Mahtab Shariat, a certified holistic nutrition health coach with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science.
Her session, titled "Eat Mindfully for Health and Happiness" will focus on healthy eating habits and their impact on leading a healthy life.
The second part will be led by Jalal Kimia and will focus on the effects of music on our lives. The session will begin with a ten minutes talk, followed by a drum circle that will focus on meditation through rhythm.
Both talks will be in Persian. Maximum of 20 participants.
