همه‌ی ما داستان‌هایی درونِ خود داریم که وقتی به اشتراک گذاشته می‌شوند، درخششِ خیره‌کننده‌شان به چشم می‌آید و می‌توانند برای اطرافیانِ‌مان همدلی‌برانگیز و الهام‌بخش باشند.
کارگاه تئاتر کاربردی، محیطی گرم و دلپذیر را فراهم می‌کند که در آن این صداها شنیده خواهند شد. کارگاه تئاتر کاربردی سفری جمعی برای مکاشفه‌ای تئاتری و تقویتِ مهارت‌های بداهه‌پردازی و روایت‌گری، به‌ویژه با زبانِ بدن، فرم و حرکت است. با شرکت در جلسه‌ی معارفه، با محتوای این دوره که شاملِ چهار کارگاه است، آشنا می‌شوید.

کارگاه تئاتر نان و نمک، سفری جمعی برای مکاشفه‌ای تئاتری است. در این کارگاه همه‌ی ما، فارغ از هر پیشه و پیشینه‌ای، بازیگریم و فرصتی برای روایت‌گری و بیان ناگفته‌های‌مان به زبان صحنه خواهیم یافت.
این کارگاه با هدف پرورش مهارت‌های بدن، بیان و بداهه‌پردازی برای اجرا، در چهار جلسه طراحی شده است:
جلسه‌ی اول: بدنِ رها – شکستن قالب‌ها و آشنایی‌زدایی از بدن.
جلسه‌ی دوم: بیانِ رسا – آزادسازیِ صدا و آشنایی‌زدایی از کلام.
جلسه‌ی سوم: شگفت‌انگیزی – بداهه‌پردازی در خدمت بدن و بیان.
جلسه‌ی چهارم: تئاتر برای تغییر – اجرای معنادار و مؤثر.
هر جلسه شامل دو ساعت تمرین آموزشی و یک ساعت کار برای آماده‌سازی یک تئاتر است که پس از این دوره با انجام تمرین‌های تکمیلی به صحنه خواهد رفت.
