👀 You might have noticed that there are some strange things happening in the app: increased health damage, increased rewards etc.

🏖️ Due to the rapid increase in traffic, databases couldn't handle the load, and a small glitch appeared. No need to worry though: now we are doing technical maintenance and will resolve all the issues. As you can see, we made the Claim button inactive due to it. We'll fix everything once the maintenance ends, as we've made a snapshot and will revert to an earlier state. In particular, we'll revert the play-to-earn and move-to-earn tasks, don't worry!

👌 When the app is available again, make sure that Pet ID you posted matches the Pet ID in the app.

🛠 Technical maintenance is almost finished! Within an hour, we will fully restore the functionality of the application, and you will be able to start completing tasks.

🔐 All balances, as well as the health of pets, have been restored!
However, we might need another couple of hours to double check “health logs”.

Unfortunately, 113 Iguanas took advantage of the bug and claimed tokens that they did not earn. They will have a negative balance on their in-app balance. This will not affect their gameplay in any way, they just received tokens in beforehand. They can just continue playing and completing tasks.

‼️ In case the user who received the increased payment will decide to cheat and try to withdraw his pets to another account or any marketplace - we will be forced to permanently ban such a user, as well as all the accounts in any way connected with that user.

🦎 Hey Iguanas, we know the issues you are facing with Play to Earn game when we changed to new engine and we apologize for that. Our developer team is working hard to stabilize the issue. While you are waiting for this, we decided as a temporary solution to add extra energy for different tasks:

✅ Socialize to Earn now will give 56 Energy

✅ Move to Earn now will give 24 Energy and will have 1.5km and 30 minutes for walk

This change will take effect immediately and will be live until we fix your favorite cactus game so it works for every Iguana .

❕So from now if you have issues with Play to Earn, you still can earn 100 Energy from other tasks.

📌Also one of our main blockchain RPC provider is facing technical issues, that's why some of the transaction for healing and level-ups are not credited immediately. All double transactions will be returned to your Rewards wallet, don't worry. If you face this issue, just wait a little bit, and it will be credited automatically.
