Одним словом — битий калач. Тоді ми вирішили відволікти його звуком одного дрона, поки інший заходив на ураження з іншого боку. Він просто не почув наближення й не встиг зреагувати — відскочив в останній момент, але був поранений. Далі щось сказав у рацію, дістав гранату та підірвав себе.

On the night of October 21 (from 19:00 on October 20), the enemy attacked with 2 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, 4 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles, 98 strike UAVs, about 70 of them Shaheds. Air defense shot down 58 enemy UAVs. Missile hits and 37 strike UAVs were recorded at 10 locations, as well as the fall of downed ones (fragments) at 2 locations. Statement from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine

Emergency teams of energy workers in Chernihiv region are unable to begin work to restore electricity supply due to continuous attacks by russian drones. The russians are deliberately launching unmanned aerial vehicles that continuously circle over damaged facilities, making it impossible to carry out work safely and deliberately prolonging the humanitarian crisis.

The day before, the russians struck at the civilian energy infrastructure in Chernihiv region. The city of Chernihiv and the entire northern part of the region are completely without electricity. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian families were left without electricity. Repair teams are on full alert to restore electricity to Ukrainian homes as soon as possible. However, the enemy is purposefully preventing this.

This is a deliberate act of terrorism. There are no military targets in the area of ​​the affected energy facilities. Russia is purposefully striking at the infrastructure on which the lives of ordinary people depend. Against the backdrop of these barbaric actions, the statements of the russian leadership that their goals are exclusively military look especially false.

The strike on the power system of the Chernihiv region, which left hundreds of thousands of people without electricity, is direct evidence that russia's true goal is the genocide of the Ukrainian people. We are recording every crime committed by russian terrorists, working with international partners to strengthen the protection of our skies and bring russian terrorists to justice for war crimes.
