1. Denial of the facts established by the verdict of the International Military Tribunal for the Trial and Punishment of the Major War Criminals of the European Axis Powers, approval of the crimes established by the said verdict, as well as the dissemination of knowingly false information about the activities of the USSR during World War II or about veterans of the Great Patriotic War, committed publicly, shall be punishable by a fine of up to three million rubles or an amount equal to the wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to three years, or by forced labor for up to three years, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years, or by imprisonment for the same term, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.

d) with the artificial creation of evidence of indictment – shall be punishable by a fine of two million to five million rubles, or in the amount of the wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of one to five years, or by forced labor for up to five years, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to five years, or by imprisonment for the same term, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to five years

320 ENEMY TARGETS SHOT DOWN

On the night of October 3 (from 20:00 on October 2), the enemy launched a combined strike on the territory of Ukraine using strike UAVs, air- and ground-based missiles, a total of 416 air attack vehicles, of which as of 10:00 the following were shot down:

- 303/381 strike UAVs;
- 0/7 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles;
- 12/21 Iskander-K cruise missiles;
- 5/7 Kh-59/69 guided aviation missiles.

The main direction of the strike was critical infrastructure facilities (energy sector) in Kharkiv and Poltava regions. Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Kyiv regions were also affected by the night attack. 18 missiles and 78 strike UAVs were recorded hitting 15 locations, as well as downed objects (fragments) falling in 6 locations
