How could I ever know you?
When everything lies in disguise

(رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ)

one of the greatest skills you can learn is how to be alone.

﴿لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَنَا﴾

﴿قُل لَّن يُصِيبَنَا إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَانَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ﴾

My roman empire is that I want to be everything, I want to speak every language, do all the jobs, read every book, watch every movie, listen to every song, experience every feeling and emotion, go to every country because I find beauty in everything.

كانَت كأن رائحة القدّاح قد علِقت بها.

You want passion, and adventure,
and even a little danger

Yesterday I heard god say “ it’s in your blood “
And it struck me just like lightning
I’ve been fighting
I’ve been striving

Don’t you get it ?
That’s the thing
