Dear Students of Jimma University,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to provide an update regarding the disbursement of cost-sharing fees. While many students have successfully registered to receive these fees, the payment process has been delayed due to several issues, including:
->Mismatched student names and IDs,
-> Incorrectly written account numbers,
->Instances of double registration, and
->Operational challenges within the newly established cost-sharing office.
We have been in continuous discussions with the concerned authorities to resolve these issues. We are pleased to inform you that these problems are being addressed and are expected to be resolved shortly. Payments are scheduled to be disbursed by the end of megabit 2017.
Please note: The following groups of students will not be eligible for this payment:
->Students who transferred from other universities this year,
-> GC students, which means (e.g., HO, Anesthesia, and Dentistry), and
-> Students transferred from Mekelle University to Jimma University.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these matters.
