Patch 12.12 is our first patch of Dragonlands and we’ve got tons of balance changes to Draconic Augments, traits, and units. We're also reducing some early game tankiness and fixing quite a few bugs.
⬆️ Buffs: Cannoneer, Shimmerscale, Legend, Binary Airdrop, Reckless Spending, Ricochet, Essence Theft, Anivia, Volibear, Talon, Corki.
⬇️ Nerfs: Assassin, Ragewing, Swiftshot, Ascension, Titanic Strenght, Meditation, Schorch, The Golden Egg, Second Wind I/II, Luden's Echo, Deathblade, Ezreal, Heimerdinger, Shen, Sett, Diana, Illaoi, Olaf, Ryze.
⚖️ Adjusted: Jade Soul, Cannoneer Crown, Shapeshifter Soul, Karma, Lee Sin.
🔁 Reworked: Built Different, True Twos, Tahm Kench, Daeja, Shyvana, Sylas.
