A 71-year-old man, Kent Moore, is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle. According to Kinston Police, Moore was traveling north when a vehicle attempted to pass him.

Police say the driver will not face charges, citing the footage that confirmed Moore’s movement into the vehicle’s lane.

🇺🇸 Oakland County, MI. Changlin Li, 33, was arraigned on October 27 after authorities say he stole a MedStar ambulance in Novi while it was at a crash scene with a paramedic and patient inside.

He drove the vehicle several miles before crashing into another car in Northville Township, where the ambulance caught fire.

Li faces multiple felony charges including second-degree fleeing and eluding, two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing an officer, disarming a peace officer, carrying a concealed weapon, and carjacking. His bond was set at $5 million.

A 23-year-old woman, Esmeralda Aurora Cruz, was arrested Sunday after a road-rage confrontation. Cruz was charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (without intent to kill) and booked without bond.
