1. Have positive thought no matter what happened.

3. Get enough sleep ( you will be grumpy the whole day otherwise lol)
4. Reward yourself for little accomplishment even for a very little one
5. Take ur self on a date .. For most ppl when u go out to eat alone u might get anxious n change ur mind .. But believe me when u make it habit .. That will be ur highlight of the day/month/yr

9. Take a week off every month from social media .. Friends family .. To focus on ur goals n ur self ( call it โจ Meโจ time )
