Good listeners are hard to find because most people listen to reply or to judge, not listen to understand. Even when they claim that they're a good listener.

Pause, relax, think and understand first before you reply or interrupt. Let people finish.

Overthinking can kill you from inside. It is like a slow poison which slowly affects your health and the only cure of it is to leave everything in Allah's hands. He will fix your all problems. He can make the impossible possible. Just trust Him and your life will be easy going.

Alhamdullilah, With all the difficulties that this life comes with as death arrives nigh - It serves as a reminder of two things. 

1) Jannah - Perfection will only exist in Jannah as Allah swt so beautifully says “and the akhirah is better and remaining”.

2) The nature of man is futile. It yearns for what it doesn’t have and when it acquires it, it wants more. 

May Allah grant us Jannah and a content heart.

When you make dua, remember you're asking from the Creator of the universe.

He cares for all creatures, even those in deep holes or under the sea.

He's seen your heartache, invisible to people but visible to Allah.

Trust that Allah will give you even more than you've thought.

Accept qadr. Once you accept that Allah is going to take care of you as long as you invest into your relationship with Allah. You will have nothing to overthink about. You know in your heart Allah will take care of everything and all you need to do is worship Allah.

Ask the Almighty to purify our hearts and keep us sincere. Try to do things privately. Actions done in front of others are more prone to being insincere. In fact, we are told to hide our good deeds as we would hide our sins.
