COMMON SENSE LECTURE:
If someone claims you owe them money that you do not believe you owe them, you just refuse to pay them. Let them sue you to prove that the money is owed.
You do not have to concoct a fraudulent scheme not to pay the money.
You just do not pay it.
On the other hand, if someone is trying to “steal” money from you to which that person is NOT entitled, that person has to devise a fraudulent scheme to “steal” your money.
The more money that person wants to steal from you, the more elaborate the fraudulent scheme will be to “steal” it.
I learned those common sense lessons when I successfully represented two whistleblowers in the DaVita case which was a Medicare fraud case!!! A multi-year fraudulent scheme by DaVita to “steal” taxpayers’ money from Medicare!!!
My clients did not engage in a fraudulent scheme to tell the TRUTH. They just told the TRUTH!!!
DaVita and its lawyers had to engage in a multi-year elaborate fraudulent scheme to “steal” the money and then to try to cover up “the crime.”
DaVita was represented by the Atlanta law firms of Bondurant, Mixon, & Elmore AND King & Spalding!!!

It is delicious!!!
We expect to have close to 100 jars available for sale to The Inn At Cotton Hall guests and visitors within the next 7-10 days. Certainly before the #FightBack Rally on July 26.
The honey is obtained from Chinese Tallow trees which have existed on Tomotley and Cotton Hall for well over a hundred years.
The Chinese Tallow trees grow well and flourish in the soil of the Lowcountry.
Ronald is in charge of the beekeepers!!!

Ronald Stanley planted the first rice field today for what is expected to be a November harvest. He has more fields to plant!!!
I also learned that we have approximately 1000-1200 bags of Cotton Hall Rice available from the last harvest!!!
We expect to have the bags ready for purchase online in the next 7-10 days!!!
