A few final thoughts for the day and night:

I made it!!!

74!!!

When I was a young boy and a young man, I never thought about turning 74. Age seemed irrelevant. I thought I was going to live in earth forever!!!

Then I was saved by Jesus Christ at age 66 when I first came face to face with my mortality. Facing the loss of sight in one eye due to a degenerative disease, I realized that I was mortal and would at some point in time perish in the flesh.

It was at that time that Jesus Christ gave me the promise of eternal life in heaven with Him. He put me on a road less traveled. The road to the strait gate. He took me off the highway to the wide gate and perdition.

Remember: What He did for me, He is ready to do for you.

I hope you rest well tonight. You will rest easier if you have the assurance of eternal life in heaven.

PRESS ON tomorrow in the right direction for the right things.

Righteousness.

It only comes from Jesus Christ.
