Out of fear of being persecuted, mocked and scorned, do people even refuse to discuss what they know to be TRUTH with their colleagues, friends, and even family members???

Are such people who remain silent despite their knowledge or belief that wrongdoing or a crime has occurred cowards???

Silence changes nothing. Silence just promotes a recurrence of the wrongdoing or the crimes.

It takes COURAGE to speak TRUTH, especially if the TRUTH you speak is unpopular with many others.
