Before August of 2018, I was a huge fan of Zac Brown and his band.

I think I attended all of his concerts in Atlanta.

I am NOT a Zac Brown fan now or since August 2018.

Now when I occasionally go back and listen to “old” songs I used to enjoy, I can discern different meanings to the lyrics from the meanings I initially gave to them.

Have you had that same experience???

24 hours ago, who was familiar with Camp Mystic in Hunt, Texas???

I was not. I suspect not many of you were either.

Now Camp Mystic is in the news and people will learn more about it in time.

As a nation, we pray for the families of those who died in the flesh, were injured, or are missing.

We can only wait to see what happens with respect to this latest tragic event.

We have peace of mind knowing that God is in control. God either acts to make an event occur or He allows an event to occur that is not of His making. God knows the future of our lives and the life of our nation.
