A freemason judge at work on a Wednesday with more lawfare against me!!!
As bond for my appeal of the rigged jury verdict against me in Fulton Superior Court, I offered to pledge Tomotley as security and requested a hearing if the court wanted more (the value of Tomotley covers the amount of the verdict plus interests and costs).
Freemason Judge Scott McAfee ruled today WITHOUT a hearing that I had to pledge Tomotley AND post a ONE MILLION DOLLAR bond.
I do not have a million dollars for a bond. What money I do have which decreases by the day, I have to use for the maintenance and upkeep of Greenview, Cotton Hall, and Tomotley as required by the order of Judge Michael Brown in the rigged federal court verdict against me. I spend little or nothing on myself except for food and to take care of my puppies, the Motley Moos, and the necessary upkeep of the properties which I seek to maintain so that others can see the glory of God.
McAfee relied on outdated information and NEVER gave me a chance to explain my financial condition at a hearing. He made findings that could have been easily refuted by documentary evidence and my sworn testimony if I had been granted an opportunity for a hearing. He misrepresented the TRUTH in his order. He has been consistent in his unlawful rulings against me. Watch the trial on his YouTube channel and decide for yourselves.
So I guess Freemason Attorney Andrew Beal and his clients, Wade, Grunberg, & Wilson are now free in 30 days to seize all of my property without due process of law which requires notice and a hearing. What will they do with the Motley Moos??? Sell them to slaughter for money??? Will they spend the money to maintain Tomotley and Cotton Hall to glorify God?
Nope, they love money. They don’t really care that much about what they get. They just want to take from me what God blessed me with as His temporary custodian in earth.
So far in the lawfare actions against me, I have been denied my rights of free speech, to due process of law, to a jury trial on issues raised against me, and trials that were conducted with the introduction of blatant hearsay and inadmissible evidence. Judge McAfee even threatened to deprive me of my right to represent myself.
And he tried (but failed) to severely restricted my right to speak about my belief and faith in Jesus Christ. I shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ in defiance of his unlawful orders.
I am not complaining. I just want you to be aware of what is being done to me.
Why?
If freemasons can get away with doing this to me, they will do it to you next. They are doing it to you now but you are blind to the tactics of the ruling elite.
