I have come across this great app called zip zero, which works by scanning your receipts and you get 1% back, towards bills. so I got to £5 and thought I would give it a try, so I chose the council tax as my first payee, but I cannot find anywhere on the council tax form other than my account number, as zip zero requires you to provide the banking information of the company you want to pay, so I looked on the water bill and same there no banking details, so I wondered if anyone else using...
