Imām As-Sa'di رحمه الله said in his Tafseer:
That you make Du'ā for someone is a sign from the proofs of having love for them, because no one makes Du'ā for someone except that he loves him.

Treat Your Women Well Even If They Have Shortcomings For You Cannot Rectify Them
The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said:
“A woman is like a (curved) rib, if you (try) to straighten her; you will break her (i.e divorce her) and if you benefit from her; then you will do so while crookedness remains in her (i.e. you cannot change her nature so forgive and overlook her mistakes).”
Note:
Shortcoming which is in her character and manners NOT Deen, if the defect is in her committing a sin then she is to be rebuked.

How To Correct One's Parents
Imām Ahmad رحمه الله stated:
"If a person sees his father upon a matter he dislikes, inform him without being harsh, ill-mannered or stern in his speech to him. If he can't do this he's to leave him alone, for the father is not like the stranger."

📌 Don't forget to recite Takbeer Al-Tashreeq after every fardh salah until Asr on the 13th of Dhul Hijjah.
📌 It is wajib to recite this Takbeer once after every fardh salah on the above days. Men should recite it audibly in a moderately loud voice and women should recite it in a soft voice.
📌 There is no deity worthy of worship in truth except Allaah.

A reminder to myself first and to anyone who reads this: Make the most of the day of 'Arafah and turn off any distractions like social media, chatting/insta etc.
Our Rabb is the Most Merciful and the Most Loving. If there's one day to ask for forgiveness and your deepest wants/wishes its the day of 'Arafah. Isolate yourself and talk and pour your heart out to your Rabb.
Day of 'Arafah is like no other day. Increase your efforts like its your last day of 'Arafah in your life.
If you feel like you may have slacked these last couple of days, prove yourself in this day. Wallahi, wallahi this day is the day that should not go to waste.
May Allaah make us successful.

Awza’ee رحمه الله said,
“I realized that people were reserving things (their duas, needs, wishes) for the day of Arafah to ask Allāh for them.
And some of them used to say:
“For fifty years I have been supplicating on the day of Arafah and the year does not go by except that I see the answer of my dua come to pass as the morning light (as clear as day).”

Abdullah ibn Amr رضي الله عنه reported that The Prophet (ﷺ) said,
“The best supplication is that which is made on the day of Arafat. The best of it is what was said by myself and the Prophets before me,

Eid is a time of Happiness and Joy
It's sad to see Muslims not being happy for Eid, being depressed, not dressing up in their best clothes, not attending Eid Salaah, not visiting family and friends and expressing joy and sleeping all day as if this day means nothing.
Unfortunately we are more excited for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers even mothers day and fathers day all these celebrations which have NO basis in Qur'aan and Sunnah. We put so much effort, planning, decorating, even taking day off from work for imitation of the non Muslims. May Allah guide us to be thankful to Him for Eid and to express joy on this day.

The best advice for treating the heart and its hardness is giving great attention and concern to the Noble Qur'an, contemplating and reciting it- frequently along with an abundance of dhikr of Allāh, the Mighty and Majestic.

One of the pitfalls to avoid is the slip of wishful thinking, preoccupying the mind with desires without putting in the effort to achieve them. The impoverished person amuses himself with wishes and indulges in them, allowing his imagination to sail while he remains ensnared by the shackles of illusions. His soul does not rise to greatness, nor does he attain his lofty objectives.
