On November 5, Polkadot Proposal #174 passed, making USDC sufficient.

🐞 Bug in RT2601
A critical bug has been identified in RT2601 on Moonbase Alpha. Our core development team is actively investigating, and a hotfix, RT2602, is being prepared for all networks, replacing RT2601.
⏰ Important Decision on MR40
With just 2 days left to decide on MR40 (Upgrade Moonriver to RT2601), the Moonriver and Moonbeam Technical Committee has recommended canceling MR40 while we await the RT2602 build.
🔧 New Proposal: MR42
MR42 has been proposed to cancel MR40. The Technical Committee advises the community to vote “Aye” on MR42 and “Nay” on MR40, ensuring the cancellation if needed.
