i've asked him total 10 q thru this live stream and thru twitter

1. Why doesn't UPSC hire better lawyer to ensure that fraud-document submitter ex-IAS Pooja Khedkar goes to jail instead of roaming free for over a year?
2. Why doesn't UPSC remove the Optional subjects to save the time, cost and money of the candidates- given the fact that in IAS Mains, Computer Engg, Pharma, physio, Dental, Ayurveda etc. Optional subjects are not offered so those graduates forced to pay up coaching money for political science, sociology, et cetera.
3. When does UPSC plan to stop doing injustice to law optional students in the scaling formula for IAS mains?
4. Why does UPSC behave like a dejected ex-boyfriend against Hindi medium aspirants to punish them for those anti-CSAT protests by setting up extremely tough papers for IAS Prelims CSAT Paper-2 which are difficult to solve even for CAT-Coaching walle candidates? So non-English medium poor student from SC/ST/women/weaker section doesn’t really have much chance in securing the bare minimum 33% passing marks? Again, this is increasing the dependence on Coaching.
5. why doesn't UPSC share the evaluated copies of the main papers to the candidates just like GPSC doing?
6. why doesn't UPSC share the answer keys and cut-offs immediately after the IAS Prelims examination is over, rather than dragging it for more than a year?
7. whenever UPSC losses RTI case in CIC court, why does it immediately go to higher courts? Why can't you simply accept the verdict of CIC regd. Answerkey, cutoffs etc.
8. In CSE-2023, 3 out of 5 top-IAS rankers are IPS trainees, namely Aditya Srivastava (AIR 1), P K Sidharth Ramkumar (AIR 4), and Ruhani (AIR 5). So why doesn't UPSC require them to resign first before giving the exam again? Same topper keep getting selected again and again in every season, while other candidates are remaining jobless. Please don't give excuse of how you operate the reserve list!
9. Why doesn't UPSC prescribe a specific book list for every stage of Exam to reduce the dependence of Coaching?
10. Why doesn't UPSC remove the GS paper 4 (Ethics) from IAS Mains exam looking at the number of corrupt young IAS that have been selected lately. It does not improve ethical behaviour. It only increase the dependence on coaching.
Mrunal's Official Channel: General Studies, Current Affairs, Economy for UPSC
let's see if UPSC chairman saab takes my question in his's live stream https://www.youtube.com/live/kloc_70pIZk?si=jMI5WrrH55fNYx8Z
they've sanitized questions from PR team.
and chairman saab has PR-team ready answer for everything.

his reply to all the CSAT argument is CSAT is qualifying, not counted in merit. So there is no ‘injustice’ to anyone.
supreme court mein case chl rha hai. so we can't release answerkey.
this lady has no idea of UPSC. so she is asking from screen. she is not asking counters. so whatever गोली चेयरमेन सब पिलाते है वो सुन के दूसरा प्रश्न पूछती है।
now they're pretending to take 'direct qs' but same repeat q on 'answerkey delay' so chairman saab will give same PR-goli of Supreme court case

and We give prelim answerkey before next exam so there is ‘nothing wrong’ even if we give it after 1 year delay.
- age-attempt - no plans to change. We’ve reached the present rule with balanced long term view. So don’t listen to rumors.
- there is no injustice to rural candidate vs urban candidate (in CSAT) - 80-90% candidates from tier-2-3 and so many motivational stories are coming from the poor Toppers who studied under street-light so there is no injustice to anyone.- said UPSC Chairman.
i didn't take Coaching yet Cleared IAS (40 years ago) so u can also do it. - UPSC chairman
- we’ll do face-authentication at exam hall in future.
- we’ll take digilocker se certificate to ensure it’s not fake like Pooja Khedkar.
- lady asked Pooja Khedkar case- chairman giving the PR answer that we do not allow cheating and we ban such candidates and file FIR. Instead of giving clear reply on why UPSC did not hire better lawyers to ensure she's not in jail yet, despite 1 year.
this girl cud ask anything, and she asked "upsc chairman plz tell ur personal success story."
bhai mein Nitin Gadkari podcast hi dekh lun mein, if this is going to be UPSC townhall format.
our mains and optional scaling system is great, we have great evaluators and two level reviews. There is no injustice. Supreme Court accepted it. public faaltu mein roti hai.
now this second girl asking similar Q "chairman sir, your success journey... how you'd prepare for UPSC exam?"

Chairman again brandishing 'i didn't take coaching yet cleared IAS 40 years ago (as I was from IIT-K and there was no CSAT)
Those who got good marks in interview, they also perform well in mains.

so it shows we are not biased in interview.

so, Your background does not matter in the Interview.

says Chairman.

(Mrunal: ji sir, plz tell it to IRS/IPS who didn't get IAS due to Rajni-Rajdan board's low interview marks)
